Your health isn’t limited to a gym, a diet, or the image you see in the mirror. It’s much bigger than that. And we focus on giving you the tools to be in control of your body.
Your health is what you make of it. The real distinction between healthy and unhealthy is giving a damn about your body, and making sure you do something ‐ heck, anything ‐ consistently so that you can live a long, active life, take care of yourself, and take care of others in this world.
We believe in setting goals, creating good behaviors, and sharing options that are sustainable. But that’s only half of the battle.
You need better ways to make movement and eating an easy, seamless part of your life.
Notice that we didn’t say lifting weights or doing cardio, never mentioned a specific diet, or ask you to remove anything from your life.
Do we have our preferences? Of course. But, we also know that there isn’t one route to success. You have many great options, and our job is to point you in the right direction for what will work for your life and your body.
Any other approach is a recipe for failure. We believe that dessert can be part of a healthy eating plan, that walking can be a perfectly suitable form of exercise, and that “one-size fits-all” is code word for “one-size-fits-none.”
